The Raw Bar introduces a revolutionary culinary concept with a light and healthy menu of specially prepared delights with the emphasis on organic, freshly grown and prepared RAW produce. Freshly made juices, mocktails and herbal teas are served with their therapeutic and nutritional properties stated. Options for Purification detox and weight loss programmes are available upon request. Consultations will be given by the Chef for the culinary aspect, each programme can be tailor made to suit the individual guests requirements. Programmes of varying lengths are available.
